Looking for an app that would bring you to a new level of fitness? Well we tried at first, but we couldn’t seem to find that app no matter where we looked. But thanks to the iCircuit Training app, you can now be fits and be in shape with just the use of your phone, foregoing the need to travel to the gym and getting fitness equipment. Isn’t it amazing to finally do all these exercises in the comfort of your home?

The app has in it 18 per-designed circuits, along with 50 types of exercises. It would need small information regarding the user including the name, date of birth, weight, height and body mass index. In addition, it has videos and images that would help you in understanding the exercises with ease. Each of the exercises has a video, and you would not require a Wi-Fi connection for these. There are also graphs that could monitor yoiur progress.

What’s more, the app has a lot of categories of exercises suited to working out every part of the body. There are options including the upper, whole or lower body. You could also decide if you want to be at beginner, intermediate or advanced level. Each exercise would have time which can pause and restart.  You will be able to examine to total amount of exercise, update the weight and set an alarm for updating the weight.
